Orphans Cheer for Madonna

posted by Tom Davis

Madonna is in Malawi adopting a second child from that country. Not only did she visit a center to rehabilitate children, she also visit a center to help former prostitutes. Thank God for people like Madonna who are doing more to bring awareness to the desperate needs of our world. Hopefully it will encourage the rest of us to step out of our comfort zones and engage in battling the darkness that overwhelms millions of the world’s poor. Read the rest of the article here.

Total off topic here but I have a question. Your new book description reads “In many Bibles, Christ’s words are set apart with a red font. It should be obvious, but this distinction helps remind us that when God becomes Man and that Man speaks—it’s probably something we cannot afford to miss. So why doesn’t the church take these “ red letters” to heart?”
Tony Campolo has recently been using that, is he associated with your book?

Hi Tom
In all the press I have read over here in the UK (and there is quite a lot), Madonna and her spokesperson have denied that her second trip is anything to do with her adopting another child.
Every blessing
Keren

Touching the Image of Jesus: Part 2
When we left Alexandra, she was wondering how she was going to raise $3,411 to travel across the world with a group of Christians she didn't know. She wasn't a Christian and had no church. But she did feel deeply compelled to get on this trip to the Ludlati CarePoint. So she decided to enter a
