Last night, I set my internal alarm clock to “happy,” with an intention to “wake up happy.” And when I did “wake up happy,” I smiled.
I smiled and then I took in a deep breath. I created joyful thoughts and summarily sent them into the universe.
I don’t know how far they rippled out, but I suspect far enough for some of you to pick up the happy vibe. Did you? Pick up the happy vibe? Did you feel the happy thoughts?
“What is my intention for today? How can I wake up happy? How can I stay happy?”
