Just yesterday, I was talking to “Mary” (yes, I work with my beloved clients on the weekends; whatever works best for you–works best for me) who said, “I had a really stressful week. I was “good,” but then all Hell broke loose, and I started eating whatever I could. Cookies, candy, cake (the 3 C’s!), buckets of fried chicken, fries; you name it. I feel awful and I just can’t get back to healthy eating, dieting, call it what you are like. I just can’t do it!”
I totally empathized. Been there, my friends, Tushkateers, readers; done that!!!
