This morning, one of my star clients (you are all stars) said to me, “Janice, your restaurant tip did the trick. I’ve not been able to make good choices, but now I can!”
What advice had I given my client? I explained that most people read the menu for what they cannot have, and in so doing, they expend a lot of energy and impose a great deal of ‘optional suffering’ on themselves.
Instead of reading the menu for what foods that are not in alignment with your weight loss calls, read the menu for what you can have.
Chew on that as you adjust your ‘menu focus.’
Sometimes it is just that simple!!!
