JigSaw Sunday: Tropical Spring Toss (recipe included!)

Our Lady of Weight Loss's April Flowers
This week’s GET JIGGY JIGSAW WEIGHT LOSS PUZZLE – was inspired by sunny skies, warm breezes and spring flowers, all abloom – daffodils and tulips abound!
And this recipe – Tropical Spring Toss – reflects the colors of the spring.
Ingredients:
2 navel oranges (no pits, please!)
1/2 fresh pineapple
1 banana
1 kiwi
1/4 cup green grapes (no pits, please)
1/4 cup red grapes (no pits, please)
1 tablespoon sweetened coconut flakes
Instructions:
Peel and section the oranges. Put the orange in bowl.
Zest the orange peels into the bowl.
Peel, core, and cut the pineapple into chunks (toss into bowl)
Peel the banana and slice it into thinnest rounds. (toss into bowl)
Peel the kiwi and cut it into 1-inch pieces. (toss into bowl)
Toss grapes into the bowl, sprinkle with coconut.
And give it one more toss for good measure!
