Ward Off Wrinkles ~ from Fish Waste to Hypnosis

Splash! Sip! & Wash! By Janice Taylor
Here are six (count ‘em! six!!) mind-twisting, wrinkle-reducing tips that are sure to smooth and soothe.
Smelly Fish Parts: I know, it sounds fishy, but no – it’s scientific! Word out from the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) indicates that fish waste could be the secret ingredient to your wrinkle-free future. Apparently, fish skin, liver, gills, eyes and other waste have the ability to penetrate skin cells and prevent wrinkles from forming. (Sorry, Mom … clearly too late for you). Keep and eye and nose out. Products are being infused with fish waste as we talk!
Rub & Splash: Fifty percent of women don’t wash their faces at night! (Another bad-tush habit to break.) According to a new British Skin Foundation study, by not washing and leaving the day’s dirt, excess oil and makeup on overnight, you are endanger of enlarging your pores and irritating your skin. So, girls and boys, do the 2 minute nighttime rub and splash! Gently rub facial cleanser onto your beautiful damp skin for a couple of minutes, followed by a series of splashes. Rinse 10 times with warm water.
Hydrate: Like the rest of our body, the skin needs to stay hydrated to look its best. Drink 4 (minimum) to 6 (or even 8) glasses per day. And for a twist and a kick, add cucumber slices.
Load Up on “C:” In addition to giving a boost to our immune system and being loaded with antioxidants, studies now show that Vitamin C wards off wrinkles. So, fill up on Our Lady’s Fruit Salad.

Our Lady of Weight Loss’s Anti-Wrinkle Fruit Salad
In a very large bowl, toss in wedges of juicy oranges, the all-meaty and mighty Kiwi, sweet strawberries, beautiful blueberries and powerful pineapples. Stir it up sassy and serve.

NEED I SAY: If you smoke, STOP! and … wear sunscreen.
HYPNOSIS HEAVEN: Last but most definitely not least – according to Doris Day, MD, a dermatologist and clinical professor at New York University Medical School hypnosis treatments may limit wrinkles. As a certified hypnotist and person who has (for the past five years) and continues to practice hypnosis, I am happy to report that I am (pretty much) wrinkle-free and am working on a CD to share my techniques with you!
Spread the hypnotic word (NOT the icing!),

Stress has such an impact on our bodies, if we feel we are capable of dealing with life’s issues effectively, we feel in control of our life, and the choices we make will be healthier.
If we can get rid of skin conditions through hypnosis, then we can see the incredible physiological changes we can create through such a powerful tool.
