LOAlogoBLOGThis is post 285 in my series on the Law of Attraction in Action. You CAN use your power to manifest your desires. I do it every day! Read all the posts in my Law of Attraction in Action Series to see how.

It’s normal to get into a funk at times, which brings your vibration down. Stuff can happen that makes you feel bad or you catch a cold or get bad news or the weather is gloomy. The important thing to remember if you want to manifest good stuff during those times or feel better or resolve what’s going on is  that you need  to raise your vibration.

How? Find ways to bring more joy into your life. There are simple ways to do it, when your vibration is low. Go to a playground and watch the little ones play. If there’s a child in your life arrange for a visit. Kids can light the fire of your good feelings. If you have a dog or cat play with it or snuggle. There’s a park near my house that’s fenced in for dogs to run free and whenever I go there I leave in a good mood after petting a bunch and getting puppy kisses.

Watch a funny movie. There are cases on record of people with a serious illness who got well after watching one funny film after another—laughter therapy. Laughing certainly adds joy to your life.  Or call someone you care about. Play music you love and dance if you can.

If it there’s something you often think of that creates resistance, try reaching for some happy replacement thoughts that feel better or stop thinking about the negative one. Do something that feels joyful. Then you’re in a better place to manifest good stuff.
