During yesterday evening’s Republican debate, Hillary Clinton’s name was mentioned 12 times. Barack Obama’s? 0. Why? Because Republicans still think that merely mentioning her name in a critical way will make them look good to their Republican base – they think it is a way of proving their conservative credentials.
It is absurd.
Isn’t it time that the men who would be leaders of the free world stop behaving like a bunch of elementary school kids?
Unless Republicans decide that they are for something greater than tax cuts, they will be wandering around the political wilderness for a very, very long time.
