Were Adam and Eve historical figures? Some theologians believe yes. Some believe no. Some of you would say yes. And some of you would say no.

Does our answer to that question matter? Yes. No. Maybe?

Still, despite all of the different answers and really no way of “proving” anybody’s answer correct, I think it’s important and interesting and in some ways, fun, to discuss topics and questions like this one above about Adam and Eve.

And that is why On June 20 – 27 I will be doing Theology Week here at Jesus Needs New PR. (And no, this does not replace #SexWeek!)

Yes, I am a glutton for punishment. But it will be fun! Don’t you think? No? 🙂

The topics will be broad. The opinions will be varied. And hopefully, the discussion will be fruitful (<-and kind).

Wanna participate?

If you’re a pastor or priest or seminary student or theologian (professional or self-proclaimed) or Joyce Meyer and you’re interested in writing something for Theology Week, send me an email and perhaps we can make that happen! My email is MatthewPaulTurner@gmail.com. I hope to hear from some people! And even if you think I disagree with you, that does not mean you can’t write something. Theology Week isn’t about me. It’s about studying God and “God topics.” I’m open to many different topics as long as it’s semi-interesting and presented well.

I hope to hear from many of you!

BUT… here’s a question for EVERYBODY to answer…

What topic(s) would YOU like to discuss for Theology Week?
