I don’t know if you heard this, but The Bible Experience — the audio recording of the Bible by Hollywood African Americans — won a huge award. (It is on Audio DVD and MP3.) It has won the 2007 Audio Book of the Year, beating out JK Rowling! Some of you have this, and I wonder what you think of it. I’ve listened to several books and love it. How many of you have listened to Denzel and his wife read The Song of Solomon? It was important to the Zondervan executive I talked to that these “Bible readers” were the real deal as Christians.
