The 100-Year-Old Bride: Woman Weds on Centennial Birthday

posted by Jennifer E. Jones

I saw this story on Yahoo! on Friday and it was so charming. Kinda goes to show no matter what your circumstance is – divorced, widowed or just perpetually single – it’s never too late.

What also struck me most about this article is how she describes her first wedding: nice clothes and bouquet from flowers in the garden. Simple and beautiful. Let’s remember that in the midst of everything else we’ve thrown in the mix about marriage, it’s about one thing: love, sweet love. Enjoy!

This was the sweetest video to watch. Thanks for posting this or I’d have never have seen it. He can’t even see her, and it doesn’t matter. How it should always be. So inspiring.
