Fly the Friendly Skies with Richard Simmons

posted by Jennifer E. Jones

A friend of mine sent me this video. It’s so bright and bubbly that I had to share it with you as well.

We’ve all sat through boring in-flight safety announcements, but you’ve never seen them done like this before. Let fitness expert Richard Simmons give you the drill.

This was absolutely wonderful. I’m a huge fan of Richard Simmons anyway but this video wanted me to get up and move along with them. Leave it to Richard to take the boring and make it fabulous!! :)

To Steve Gaston…REALLY?? Your comment speaks volumes about yourself and your size. I’ve met Richard…kind, sweet with a heart of gold. So much better of a person than you.

I think Richard gets boring, boring when he talks and his exercise program is all for the birds. Even during his shows I tent to fall asleep, from a growing up kid try to encourage people in becoming healthier. He need to exercise with me each morning at 3 am and see,
if he still thinks about excercising people.
And idiotic adult trying to show stupid exercises.
Willem de thouars who trains to live a day longer and not try to look good.

Why are there those who complain and dislike almost everything .. I feel sorry for them and their sorry attitude of life. A little fun and laughter is a good thing.

tsk tsk tsk

People Who Do Good: A Cake that Makes a Difference
Our "People Who Do Good" series has been a blast and I've enjoyed highlighting the stories and lives of everyday heroes. This one comes to us from writer Rebecca Brittingham who traveled to Florida to find a cake-maker with a heart for the less fortunate. When most people hear the word art, they

The Problem with Pain
