Mark Burnett and Roma Downey Present The Bible

posted by Angela Guzman

No one has ever produced such a beautiful, authentic and passionate series like Mark Burnett and Roma Downey have with their upcoming mini-series The Bible. Joel Osteen said, “The Bible proves that when talent and passion collide, the outcome is spectacular.”

The amazing ten part mini-series documents the entire story of the Bible. While maintaining integrity, truth and quality Burnett and Downey have captured the essence of all the stories and brought life to the faith we read and practice. The series is great for all ages and is a wonderful way for families to bond and educate themselves on the Bible.

“We love it. We believe in it. There’s a responsibility to the world to bring fresh visual life into this,” Burnett said. The film took three years to make and was shot in Morocco. “It’s the best work we’ve ever done,” Downey said.

You will laugh, cry, mourn and rejoice as you watch your faith and beliefs come to life.

The series will air on The History Channel March 2013.
