Have a Magnificent Day!

Sometimes life is tough.  As much as we do our best to be positive and do all the good we can, life can be quite challenging.  The challenge may be in regards to health, relationship, family, work, or money.  Whatever it look like on the surface, everything in life has a spiritual component to it.  Sometimes the stress seems unbearable and we are at the end of our rope.

There is a saying God only gives us as much as we can handle.  It is in these moments when a breakthrough is close at hand.  Somehow, someway a helping hand is offered, a friend shows up or a solution comes to light.  In the eleventh hour grace appears.  God works in mysterious ways.

Hang in there and stay the course.  During challenging moments the key is to persevere and endure.  Do your best to grin and bear it.  Be a smile millionaire!  A smile makes even the toughest situation a little easier.  Laughter breaks the tension and opens the space.  Smiles and laughter are healing and good for the body, mind and soul.

We are living in difficult times.  Along with financial hardships come all types of mental, emotional and physical stress.  Give yourself a break, give yourself a little slack and grace.  Do the same for others.  A smile and a little acknowledgement goes a long way.

Allow people and situations to be the way they are.  Take a few deep breaths.  During such times we find our true faith, trust and courage.  In these moments we discover our real friends.

“Sometimes in the winds of change we find our true destiny.”

We are going through major growth lessons, challenges and stress on this planet whether we are aware of it or not.  We are here to learn, evolve and actualize our full, creative potential.  Dig deep and find a way to give yourself and others a helping hand, whether it is a smile, a kind word or deed.  The smallest kindness makes a profound difference.

You have within you unlimited potential for good.
You have tremendous power and ability to make a difference.
Do whatever you can in this moment and do your best.

“The little things don’t mean a lot they mean everything!”
