Common Sense is Good Sense!

How important is your environment to your health, well being and success?
It is all important.

Doesn’t your home and work environments affect your thoughts, feelings and actions?
Doesn’t it affect your decisions and choices?

The food you put in your body creates your health environment.
The thoughts and beliefs you think create your mind’s environment.
The people you associate with impact and create your beliefs, values, actions and outcomes.

So use you common sense and good sense to avoid nonsense!
Make good and healthy choices consistently about what you feed your mind, body and relationships.
After all, the life you are saving may be your own.

Having quality people around you is a wonderful way to have a quality life.
Having people who are examples of excellence in different areas contribute to your positive development.  You are like a computer in some ways and simply copy and paste patterns into your life.

It is also important to use your common sense when noticing what is happening around you.
Sometimes you are feeling a certain way because you are picking up other people’s feelings around you.  Don’t always assume that your thoughts are your own.

Check to see if you are tuning in to someone around you.
Use your discernment and intuition to notice the distinctions.

It makes life so much easier.

Fill your world with good things using your good sense.

Have a wonderful day!

smiles,
