Grin and Bear It!

"Grizzly"

Sometimes things are just tough.
As much as you want to be positive and full of good energy and activity, life can be so challenging.

Maybe the situation is related to health, relationship, family, work, or financial.
Maybe the stress seems unbearable and you are at the end of your rope.

There is a saying that God only gives us as much as we can handle.
It is in these moments that a breakthrough happens.

Somehow, someway a helping hand is offered, a friend shows up or a solution comes to light.
In the eleventh hour grace appears.

During these tough times and challenging moments do your best to persevere.
Do your best to grin and bear it.

We are living in some of the most difficult economic times that our generation has ever experienced.
Along with the financial hardships come all types of mental, emotional and physical stress.

Give yourself a break, give yourself a little extra slack and grace.
Do the same for others…..a smile goes a long way.

Sometimes just allowing things to be and taking a deep breath or two helps.
It is during these times that you find your true faith, trust and courage.
It is during these times that you discover your real friends.

“Sometimes in the winds of change you find your true destiny.”

So many people are going through major growth lessons, challenges and stress.
Dig deep and find a way to give a helping hand, whether it is a smile, a kind word or deed.
The smallest kindness can make a profound difference.

You have within you unlimited potential for good.
You have tremendous power and ability to make a difference.
Do whatever you can in this moment…….do your best.

“There comes a time, when we need a helping hand.
We are the world, we are the children,
We are the ones that make a better day, just you and me.”

How Do You Learn?
Good information from Dennis Waitley: "In a way, human beings behave like bees.  If you place several bees in an open-ended bottle and lay the bottle on its side with the base toward a light source, the bees will repeatedly fly to the bottle bottom toward the light. It never occurs to them to

The Fern and the Bamboo
A wonderful story and metaphor: One day I decided to quit…I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality.  I wanted to quit my life.  I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. “God”, I said.  “Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”  His answer surprised me.
