Be Kind & Generous and Let Go of Judgment

posted by The MEGA Coach

There is a big difference between observing and noticing something or someone and judging, criticizing and evaluating.
How do you feel when you are being judged?
How do you feel when you are sincerely being acknowledged?

Kindness, encouragement and love support, uplift and inspire people.
They make even the most difficult challenges easier to bear.

When something is said with anger, judgment or criticism it colors the communication
and makes it hard, if not impossible for the person to receive the full message.

There is a nice way to say everything.”

In life we cannot always do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

Kindness is a language that we all can understand. Even the blind can see it and the deaf can hear it.”

                Mother Teresa

The next time you find yourself judging someone else remember, “There by the grace of God go I.”  (Usually the person we are toughest on is ourselves.)

We all could use more forgiveness for ourselves and others.
We could all use more grace.

Whatever you acknowledge is true for you and the more you acknowledge it the more it grows.
So what do you choose to acknowledge yourself for being?
What do you choose to acknowledge others for?

We need love now more than ever.
Hugs, smiles and encouragement are magical too!

Remember, whatever we focus on is what we create.
Why not be an instant Smile Millionaire?

I have been judgmental toward a neighbor I have for more than 30 years. This person has in every way defied my requests to make my life easier. It all began when I asked her to have her son move his truck from behind my driveway. Because it made her upset I was asking something from her son she has been resentful to the extent that she purposely does things to upset me. I have been judging her for the things she does. Since this feud has gone on for so long I seriously doubt that I will ever try to understand her again. She has everything and is bored with her life and wants to destroy mine.
It states in the bible to ‘love thy neighbor’. The devil sure knew where to place her when she bought that house. I believe in trying to do unto others but she doesn’t. Hence, I cannot help but judge her.
