Born with only one arm, Coleman Shannon refuses to wear a prosthetic, yet still manages to  hunt, play guitar, and throw the occasional no-hitter.  When he was a toddler, he mother would try to put a prosthetic arm on him, but everytime he would hide it so that he wouldn’t have to wear it.  He brings that same unconventional attitude to the game of baseball where he is not content to just pitch, but is a standout hitter as well.  The 14 year-old from Johnsonville South Carolina was born with a condition known as amelia, resulting in his right arm ending as his elbow.
