i think lady gaga’s song Judas Should Be banned as a former gaga fan its hurtful as a christian for her to put Judas the betrayer of christ before him. I think any of her fans who are christian would feel the same way

I think that Lady GaGa is very confused bout the whole issue, but with reason. I am a Christian and you know what i agree with what she says that the church and religion are two very seperate things but that doesn’t meant that both shouldn’t strive for what they preach about.

I have seen many things go on in the church itself mostly from those that call themselves followers of Christ. they preach all day long but at the end of the day they act against everything they were just preaching about.

In the metaphorical sense, she is relating Judas’ relationship to Jesus with her own relationships with men have betrayed her. I am a Christian and I do not take offense to her creativity with the subject. I think she wants attention for her work and you people are giving it to her.

Also, the Bible teaches us to forgive others as Jesus did. Jesus forgave sinners and betrayers, which include Judas. But I don’t know anyone who has followed Jesus in that way. Have any of you forgiven your Judases? Or even Judas himself?

I totally agree with Jenn. At first glance I can see how people would take offense to her new song Judas. But when you really read the lyrics and watch the video, while distasteful, her song really has nothing to do with Jesus and Judas, but more as stating she already has a perfect man but she is in love with the bay boy she can’t have.
We need to remember that she IS one of God’s children too, and needs prayer, not persecution.

We as Christians need to stop acting like this is not an issue the song is disrespectful in every way to Jesus the song says I love Judas the man who betrayed Jesus we need to stop conforming to the world and start making the world conform to the church we have allowed atheist and people who are not Christians to take away our rights to voice our beliefs but they should have all the freedom expression they need. I am not judging but it is what it is and I claim deliverence in Jesus name for Lady Gaga and there is nothing more powerful than that.

Wow Nechelle, you say you are not judging, but I have to disagree. You say we need to “start making the world conform to the church.” Then you go on to say atheists are taking away Christian’s “rights to voice our beliefs”. Personally, I don’t think any Christian freedom of expression has been stifled, at least not in America. People of every belief, along with atheists, should have equal freedom of expression. Makind the world conform to the church is not only hypocritical of you, but it’s plain wrong. What happened to freedom of religion?

First of all she is absolutely wrong when she says religion doesn’t have a preference against sexuality. Now that is “bogus”. Christianity is against homosexuality. Someone please give this woman a BIBLE!
