Flight of the Soul

Get out there and express yourself.   Today is the day to DO IT!1150827_574516499257417_1452083019_n

There is no saying ‘I’m not ready.’  Ready or not.  Go.  If you have always wanted to take a Dance class.  Sign Up.  If you have always longed to do something.  Do it.  Experience the satisfaction of acting on your wish.  Take a chance today to enjoy yourself.  Whatever that means to you.  It can be as simple as taking an orange to your favorite place, and rediscovering the joy of peeling it and enjoying that juicy burst of citrus.  Whatever it is.  Do it.

It takes courage to remember the truth about who you are and own your power.  It takes care and patience to honor yourself by being responsive to your dreams and needs and the simple things like answering the wish of your heart’s desire.

Spread your wings and fly.

I’ll spread my wings and I’ll learn how to fly
I’ll do what it takes til’ I touch the sky
And I’ll make a wish
Take a chance
Make a change
And breakaway
Out of the darkness and into the sun
But I won’t forget all the ones that I love
I’ll take a risk
Take a chance
Make a change
And breakaway
== Kelly Clarkson

 Enjoy.

Lots of Love,

Melanie

“Seek not within the world to find your Self. Love is not found in darkness and in death. Yet it is perfectly apparent to the eyes that see and ears that hear love’s Voice. Today we practice making free your mind of all the laws you think you must obey; of all the limits under which you live, and all the changes that you think are part of human destiny. Today we take the largest single step this course requests in your advance towards its established goal.”  — ACIM
