There’s a new report, just out, from the Harvard School of Public Health and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, based on a study that’s been conducted since 1989.  The study found that women on average, automatically gain 20 pounds in 16 years, or so as they age.  It’s not necessary, however.

Just by walking every day, or going for a brisk bike-ride, the ladies can avoid adding extra weight!
