Forgive me, but I’m just so happy that a childhood favorite of mine is coming back into popularity.  The whoopie pie, a chocolate (or pumpkin!) set of soft cookies with frosting in the center, purportedly from Pennsylvania, the Amish, and/or from Maine  —  is quickly coming into our culture again.

I must be careful, though, these were an addiction for me in the past.  Happily, God has removed my compulsions with food, for today and everyday, so I don’t have to have a lot of them.  I had one (and only one) about 3 weeks ago, and that was enough.
