People of Brooklyn, take note.

Reading up in the New York Times for this Sunday’s homily, I found the following at the bottom of an article on Msgr. Bernard Quinn:

A capsule summary on Friday for an article about the proposed canonization of a Brooklyn priest misidentified him in some editions.

The prospective saint is Msgr. Bernard J. Quinn — not Nicholas A. DiMarzio, the current bishop of Brooklyn.

Thank you for the clarification.  Someone should probably alert the Vatican.
