Quiet In Your Heart, Quiet In Your Mind

Quiet in your heart. Quiet in your mind. Take a moment to place one hand on your chest and the other on your forehead, sending peace to those often too stimulated aspects of yourself. Imagine how it would be to float on gentle waves, trusting that you are being safely held and carried to a place beyond worry, beyond busy-ness. Feel the water cradling you and the melting warmth of the sun glowing upon your skin. Bury in the sand, all of those thoughts that trouble you. Hear the sweet sounds of ocean edge birds calling to you, beckoning you to surrender.
