A Moment To Imagine

Take a moment to imagine the most magnificent life for yourself. If you could be where you want, with whom you want, doing what you want, how would it appear to you? Embellish the experience with light and color, sound, taste, touch and smell. Drink it in as if it is occurring in this instant, not some distant future. Where in your body, does this sense of living your juiciest life, reside. Place your hands there now, anchoring in the knowing that on some level, what you desire already exists. Every creation was once an idea in someone’s mind. So it is with our manna-festations. Each event we live, was once a concept, a mental construct that we breathed into being. As one of my favorite songs from The Rocky Horror Picture Show eloquently expresses “Don’t Dream It, Be It”.

Yes, what we desire already exists. Beautiful advice again, Edie… and thanks.

    Edie,
It only takes a moment to shift our minds to imagine the impossible as possible. It only take a moment to Love and say thank you to the universe to evolve into the bliss of being…
    I am Love, Jeff

Is Sleep Highly Over-rated?
I had long believed and expressed that sleep was highly over-rated whenever someone would ask how I managed to maintain what I called a 'crazy-busy' schedule that included a full time job, several over-lapping consulting jobs, raising a child as a single parent after being widowe

The Gift of Vulnerability
A quote from one of my favorite books has set the stage for an ongoing process in my life. The Velveteen Rabbit is a tale of a little boy whose toys dispense wisdom to each other,  the child and the reader of this classic. The rabbit, who is a bit insecure and wondering if the tot will favor him, a
