Before you go to bed at night, program your day for tomorrow. Make some plans and set your intention in a well thought out plan. Don’t plan every detail, leave room for spirit to interject inspiration and fun into it. Take the time to consciously create your day.

When I first began working consciously with my angels, one of the first things they encouraged me to implement was practicing the art of planing your day. Prayer and meditation were the most important aspects for me to add to my spiritual practice. Days when I was too busy for my spiritual practice were definitely not as good as the ones where I consciously created my days.

Prayer is the asking.  When I first began praying before bed, I would plan and write them out so I wouldn’t make a mistake and miss something. I also learned that sometimes it is in the asking that we actually create scenarios we would rather not experience. Remember our angels and guides give us what we ask for. The moral of the story is experiment and if you are not seeing the results you desire, look at what you are asking. It could be that you are asking for what you actually don’t want! The more I worked with prayer and my intention, the more it became easier and a natural part of my day and  helped me create better days.

Your Spiritual Challenge:

The angels challenge you to take the next 21 days and commit to setting your intention before you go to bed and program your day. Review the results you are receiving and adjust things accordingly. Journal your experiences and enjoy the outcomes of your manifestations!
