Getting Started with Meditation
What is Meditation?
Meditation is a word for returning to a natural state of undisturbed, relaxed consciousness. Most of the time our attention is glued to incessant thoughts about the past and the future and we can get caught in a cycle of planning and worrying.
All this mental churning can become addictive, but underneath it we have a sense of who we are beyond our thoughts.
Meditation can happen any time; it is simply about dropping into yourself and into reality as it is.
