Keep Grounded - Breathing exercises or meditation can help you ground yourself. If you don’t have the time or ability to stop what you are doing, you can try bringing awareness to your body sensations. Notice every itch or twitch without judgment as they come and go. Or you can try a walking meditation. Focus on your breath as it rises and falls, and the way your body moves. Walk especially slowly and pay attention to your feet as they touch the floor and then lift, and how your whole body reacts to each step. If you are fully in your body you will not be lost in thoughts.
