Before you get started managing your anger, take a minute and figure out what makes you angry and why. Don't overthink it.
Simply recall one or two instances when you lost your temper. Then think about what happened to set you off.
When you do this exercise, you'll begin to recognize your triggers and avoid situations (or people) that make you angry in the first place.
Knowing yourself helps, but there will always be things that make you angry.
