Self-love can seem unattainable. It might be because, in part, self-love sounds abstract and ambiguous. To be clear, self-love is both an attitude and an act. It’s how you view yourself, and how you live your life. Self-love is about tuning into your needs, honoring your body and boundaries and taking care of yourself mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Self-love is a daily practice -- not a destination. So you can show yourself some love every day. Here are five ways to practice and cultivate self-love.
