No, we’re not talking about staying in that shower too long. Instead, add more prunes to your diet in order to add more pep in your step. A recent study at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, found prunes to be the best source of brain-boosting antioxidants. Sweet with a deep taste and full of chewy goodness, you can snack on these or chop them up and add them to your salad, oatmeal or in an oven-roasted chicken dish.

Other mood-boosting foods include salmon, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, blue potatoes and, of course, dark chocolate!
