This is the world I live in.WorkLife-Prayer
This is where my heart resides.
Most of life takes me away
from the people and the place that I love.

with the hope that one day
we'll have time to savor.
At work, there are challenges aplenty.
Long, boring meetings, deadlines and delays.
With the filter of faith, I can honestly say,
I'm grateful for the paycheck my job provides.
I'm glad I can do my part to be productive
and provide for my family.
Please make me mindful that the best things in life
are always waiting for me, safe at home.

Today's Spiritual Quote
We pray, alone or with others, for many reasons. Most of our reasons have angelic counterparts. The more we can pray not only with the angels but like the angels, the more we understand who we really are and the better we can heal our lives, because we will be in closer contact with the One who is our healer. end quote
