Daily Joke: Painting Priest

LOL bubble

The priest of a small country parish begins to paint his little white church. As he gets halfway done, he realizes that he doesn't have enough paint to finish the job, or enough money to buy more paint. So he adds a little paint thinner to the paint and continues. Then, a little while later, he adds more thinner. Then more thinner. Suddenly, a storm rolls over the hill, huge rain drops begin to fall, and a thunderstorm begins. To his horror, the thinned-out paint begins to wash away, revealing gray, ugly clapboards. Distraught, the priest goes into the church and kneels, praying, "Lord, what am I to do?" A loud, deep voice from heaven responds: "Repaint! Repaint! and THIN no more!"
