Be good to yourself. Make sleep and rest a priority.
Plan carefully and develop new habits. Take a look at what you do at night. Why is your day too busy? Figure out what you do on the Sabbath or your day off that you can't be done on a different day.
Eliminate the time stealers like T.V. and phone conversations that go on too long. Limit your time online.
Take care of your family, business, and honor your commitments. When your waking hours are infused with energy from a full night's sleep you can do it all.
