Don't fight it. Get in the habit of going to sleep a little bit earlier and wake up more prepared for a busy day ahead. 

- Get 7 hours of sleep each night. 

- Take a short nap 12 hours from mid-point of your sleep cycle.

- Set aside one day of the week for complete rest.
