A frustrated toddler is told to "use your words." It's the same in prayer. Talk to the Lord the same way you talk to your friends and family. Use everyday language. God isn't looking for flowery words of adoration, or archaic language. Unless you talk in "thees and thous" to the mail carrier or the butcher, don't confuse yourself by trying to be "correct" in your conversations with God.
