To “be in construction” or “to prepare,” is to make ready; to plan in advance for what is to come, to anticipate every expected need and ensure the end result.  Every successful thought or idea requires careful construction or preparation.  It is like a war cry for a good architect as he speaks to his team plans for a new structure, or like the sound of your spirit and soul as you submit to prayer and worship when God is stretching you for purpose.
