Marinated Brisket Recipe

Let the flavors melt in your mouth

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 or 6 pounds beef brisket

  • Meat tenderizer

  • Garlic salt

  • Celery salt

  • Seasoned salt

  • 3 Tablespoons liquid smoke

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce


TO PREPARE:

Sprinkle meat with tenderizer and salts.  Combine liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meat.  Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.  Bake in covered casserole (in marinade) at 225 degrees for 5 to 6 hours.

SERVES:  
5 - 6
