You can take this two ways. Don’t hover as in, don’t be a helicopter parent trying to manage every detail of your child’s life and his experiences. Or, don’t hover as in, if you drop off your child, say good-bye and get on with your day. Hanging around isn’t good for your child and it’s not good for you. If your child takes the bus, let him go.
