Typically in churches, young people are separated from adults in age-specific ministries. While that’s often helpful, Sticky Faith research reveals that intergenerational relationships and worship are a vital factor in building faith that lasts. Building Sticky Faith means leveraging the scaffolding of existing relationships with extended family, neighbors, friends, coaches and teachers so that children and teenagers know these adults are there for them and “on their team.”
