With more demand placed upon a woman’s life than ever before, a woman must be cautious how she chooses to spend her time and her valuable energy—both her emotional energy as well as her physical energy. It is important for a woman to recognize that there are certain invitations that come her way that are best declined. They are invitations that have the ability to enslave her instead of freeing her. They are invitations that will exhaust her instead of renewing her. They are invitations that ultimately add to her burden instead of alleviating it.
