Integrity is not based on what you do; it’s based on what you think about when you are all alone. Integrity is a commitment to truth, in our hearts and exhibited in life.  People of integrity do not alter their lives based on popular beliefs or the opinions of others. When you let others create your world, they will always create it too small.  Integrity is simply being the same person inside and out. When we develop our integrity, we worry less about what others think and more about whether we are living up to the full potential of our lives.
