Remember that challenging people, situations and experiences are all experiences to help you grow, learn, and expand. Without them, you would be less inclined to grow. Bless them with unconditional love as you release them, the situations or the people. It has served you well and it is time to let it go and to do so with love. See the silver lining and release it.
