The Habit of Compassion takes Forgiveness further by enabling a person who has harmed you to learn and grow because you recognize their core of goodness. This will almost certainly be a habit you continue to work on after the challenge is over—but by extending Compassion in difficult cases you are affirming the potential for healing.
Think of a time you have experienced Compassion; bolster yourself with the knowledge that you have plentiful love to spare. Send people the positive energy you feel when you return to your loving self.
