Don't make everything an argument. There are situations that will make you upset and cause you to get angry however control your emotions and act like an adult. Everything that happens doesn't require you to start an argument and/or fight. If something occurs and it makes you angry, walk away and get your thoughts together. If you take the time to think and calm down, you will have a level headed approach towards the situation.
Remember, even if the situation does cause a heated argument the world will go on and tomorrow will still come. Stay positive!
