Arrange for a day at the beach or natural setting like a park to fly kites, have a picnic and take refuge in your surroundings. Invite anyone or go on this venture as a solo paradise. Pick up a collection of rocks, shells, sand, soil and leaves to take back with you. You can also take a long stroll with drawing utensils, colored pencils, a sketchpad, to draw what you see or, if you like photography better, take pictures. Nature is a great elixir for health.
