Trust in the Lord and do good, so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.   Psalm 37:3

Does it seem sometimes that you will never be at home at a healthy weight?  Trust in the Lord, do good things for your body -- and you WILL dwell  there!  You truly will be fed with the right food, and be satisfied.
