Find a naturally thin person (NFP), observe her when she’s not looking, and copy her behaviors. I once did this and found my NFP ate half a Snickers bar and put the other half in the refrigerator. When I asked about this, she said she didn’t feel like eating the whole thing. I had no idea that you could save a part of a Snickers bar; I thought you had to eat them all at once. NFPs will also show you how to skip an occasional meal and how to eat by taking tiny mouthfuls of food and chewing it carefully.
