When you make healthy meal choices - fruits, vegetables and meats, you assume that you're getting the necessary vitamins and minerals based on your nutritional decision. You didn't pick a high sodium meal or a chocolate cake - so you must be making the right choice, right? Unfortunately, your choice may not be entirely healthy based on it's upbringing. Organic foods are grown in safe soils, no modifications and must remain seperate from conventional products.
