Laugh your way to a healthier life. Laughing really is good medicine.

 

Life can be fun, amazing and happy; however, your life may also be stressful, tense and hectic. It is very normal to feel some stress and anxiety…but too much stress can be harmful to your health. A healthy remedy to stress is laughter! One of the best ways to relieve worry, anxiety, and stress is to laugh. Laughing is very simple, fun and easy to do!  A big plus is that laughing doesn’t cost anything and the benefits are enormous. Feeling overwhelmed? Try laughing!
